The PS 133 PTA Readathon Committee hosts a day of books, crafts, a children’s mini-march for kindness, and a children's book reading by Sesame Street's beloved “Maria,” Sonia Manzano!
Schedule:
11am-2pm Storytelling: Parent volunteers read favorites in French, Spanish and English.
12n-2pm Crafts: Poster Party led by Double Daring Camp for Girls - Kids of all ages can create works of art and make signs for their mini-march!
2pm-3pm Story Hour & Book Signing with acclaimed actor and author Sonia Manzano. Ms Manzano reads from her children's books, No Dogs Allowed and A Box Full of Kittens (ages 3-9)
3pm-3:30pm Children’s Mini-March for Kindness! Led by Sonia Manzano, parents & children march around the block to celebrate kindness in all its forms...
