Holiday Family Mindful Movement and Art

Parent in the Moment is bringing a dose of stress-relieving fun for the whole family during the busy holiday season. Parents and children of all ages will enjoy family-friendly yoga, breath work, and mindfulness practices to calm their stress and increase the bond of love.

After mindful movement, families will engage in a mindful, holiday-themed art project focused on gratitude. Parents will leave with tips on how to address difficult behavior, handouts with suggestions for mindfulness practices to bring into their daily routine, and great memories.
