Teens are invited to kick off the City Nature Challenge with Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy, Billion Oyster Project, and the Brooklyn Bridge Park horticulture experts, and conduct a teen-powered biodiversity “bioblitz” survey of Oyster Research Stations and Park wildlife.
Join other NYC teens in Brooklyn Bridge Park to learn about how to effectively document findings on the iNaturalist app and contribute to making NYC a City Nature Challenge winner in this year’s international competition.
After doing your part as a community scientist, join the teen social to share your findings over free pizza at theVisitor Center at the Boathouse from 4:00-6:30pm. Prizes will also be awarded to the top contributors at the end of the City Nature Challenge weekend.
