First Flights Film School for Children

First-grade teacher and filmmaker Adrian Briscoe and actress and comedian Carla Briscoe are offering a summer film school program for students ages 7-12. The program runs June 19th through July 10th, from 9 AM to 3 PM, at the IFP Media Center in DUMBO.

Children will collaborate to create an original work of art. This term, students will develop a story about a journey through a mysterious and otherworldly wilderness. A preview of the project will be shown at the end of the session, and a digital release and screening party will be held in a theater in September.
