THE MAIN ACT:<br />
Nickodemus has been touring as a DJ all over the world since the mid1990s. As a producer, he has three albums and remix albums Endangered Species, Sun People, and Moon People. Nickodemus has created mixes for a wide range of artists including Bob Marley, Billie Holiday, Nina Simone, Thievery Corporation, Quantic, Mr Scruff, The Pimps of Joytime, Miguel Migs, and Natasha Atlas. Nickodemus is known for his Turntables on the Hudson parties, and his own WONDERWHEEL Recordings label has attracting artists including Alsarah and the Nubatones, Novalima, The Pimps of Joytime, The Spy from Cairo, Chancha Via Circuito, and Sorceress.<br />

THE ARTIST:<br />
Tara Dixon is a painter who has maintained a studio in Dumbo, Brooklyn for 20 years. She has taught art at The Packer Collegiate Institute, The Laughing and Language Studio, and Creatively Wild Studio. A graduate of Connecticut College, she studied at The Art Student's League and was a teacher's assistant at The New School. She started the method-based T.A.R.A.and the non-profit The Gratitude House, a charity that creates awareness of gratitude through the arts. Along with a love of mixed media abstract art she has become known for her positive message paintings. She recently completed the Love Spiral mural on the garage door of Damscus Bakery on Water Street in Vinegar Hill and the Be Moved By Love mural at U.Santini Moving and Storage in Park Slope. Her works can be found in private and corporate collections.<br />

THE GALLERY:<br />
The Space Station, by This Friday or Next Friday, premieres at this year’s Live at the Archway. Tfnf is likely the tiniest, most inconsequential art gallery in DUMBO, Brooklyn, probably in NYC, and maybe on the face of the earth. It was founded by Nathan Sinai Rayman, and he runs it with Zach Seeger, his Director of Programs.<br />
