This class is geared toward advanced teen artists looking for some more time to spend on art after school. This is also an excellent class for anyone working on a portfolio who needs more time to create or work on more personal subject matter.
Tutors advise students to work from their own chosen subject matter which gives pieces a more unique flavor. This could be portraiture or landscape, cityscape or still life work. Students should be prepared to bring in photos and ideas that inspire them. They should choose subjects that resonate with them, to explore the art of painting and push their work to the next level. Tutors will demo a wide range of painting techniques and brush applications to employ into student's work. Full class course is recommended for teens who have already taken foundation art course, or for anyone truly serious about their painting. Final critique is offered in the final week.
Class is offered as single day drop-ins or sign up for multi-week full course by selecting the start date from the registration calendar below.

Fee includes all drawing and painting supplies. Students should supply inspiration for their own subject matter (photos, objects, etc). Prior registration is required. Limited availability & safety restrictions apply. All students must sign a Class Waiver & Liability Form prior to arrival. Please check confirmation email for link to waiver after booking.
Masks are mandatory to fully cover nose and mouth and must not be removed during your session.
